Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing from adsignal ("we", "us"), operated by Adsignal SARL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What adsignal is

adsignal is a market-intelligence tool. It organises and ranks advertising that is already publicly available in LinkedIn's Ad Library, accessed through a licensed third-party data provider. adsignal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. You must be at least 18 and using adsignal for business purposes.

3. Subscriptions, trials & one-time purchases

• Always-On is a recurring subscription billed at €89/month. The free trial requires no card and converts to nothing automatically — if you don't subscribe, it simply ends and nothing is charged. A paid subscription renews monthly until you cancel; you may cancel anytime from your account.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change on renewal with prior notice. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

4. Acceptable use

You may use adsignal's outputs to inform your own advertising. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the service, misrepresent it as your own product, or use it to break any third party's terms or applicable law.

5. No guarantee of results

Spend and impression figures are modelled estimates, not exact. Rankings are informational. adsignal does not guarantee any advertising, revenue, or business outcome. Decisions you make with the data are your own.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, adsignal is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account anytime. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Governing law: France.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, password (hashed).
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we receive only the last four digits, card brand, and billing country.
• Usage data — the niches you search, features used, and basic device/analytics data to improve the product.

Why we can use it (lawful basis)

• Contract — to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — to secure, improve, and support the product.
• Consent — for optional marketing email and non-essential cookies; withdraw anytime.

Who we share it with

Only processors that run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our hosting/analytics provider, and the licensed ad-library data provider. We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Email privacy@adsignal.com and we respond within 30 days. We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless the law requires longer.

Refund Policy

• Signal Report (one-time): 14-day money-back guarantee. If it didn't help, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Always-On (subscription): cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Cancel during the free trial and you're never charged. We don't refund the current month once it has started, but you keep access until the period ends.
• How to request: email billing@adsignal.com from your account address. Refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Nothing here limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer under EU law.

Cookie Policy

• Essential cookies — keep you logged in and the checkout working. Always on; the service can't run without them.
• Analytics cookies — help us see which pages and features are useful. Set only with your consent.

You can change your choice anytime via the cookie banner or your browser settings. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
