Terms of Service
The agreement between you and adsignal.
Last updated 8 August 2026.
By creating an account or purchasing from adsignal ("we", "us"), operated by Adsignal SARL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What adsignal is
adsignal is a market-intelligence tool. It organises and ranks advertising that is already publicly available in LinkedIn's Ad Library, accessed through a licensed third-party data provider. adsignal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your login, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. You must be at least 18 and using adsignal for business purposes.
3. What we sell
These are the only things adsignal sells. Everything else on this site is free.
a) The Ad Playbook — €395 one-time
- A one-time purchase of €395 ex VAT. This is a launch price — 30% off the standard price of €565, for the first 100 playbooks. When the launch period ends, the standard price applies.
- It is a digital document, prepared for your company and your market, and delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. A person at adsignal reads it before it ships.
- It includes one revision pass: if we have misread your market or your competitors, reply to the delivery email and we correct it and re-send.
- There is no subscription and no recurring charge attached to it. Buying the Playbook does not sign you up for anything.
- If your market's data is too thin for us to draw honest conclusions, we tell you and refund you rather than ship padding.
b) adsignal Studio — recurring
- Studio is a recurring subscription. What you pay for is the Drop: a batch of finished ads written for your company, with their launch settings, checked by a person before delivery.
- Studio Founding — €149 per quarter. This is a founding price and it is locked for the life of the subscription: as long as the subscription stays active and unbroken, the price does not go up. The standard quarterly price is €249 per quarter. The founding price is limited to the first 10 seats; after that the standard price applies. This plan includes 5 finished ads per Drop, the Ad Playbook as your setup document, the two-week launch coaching, and a monthly 15-minute call with us.
- Studio Monthly — €89 per month. 3 finished ads per month. This plan does not include the founding price lock, the Ad Playbook, the two-week launch coaching, or the monthly 15-minute call.
- The first Drop ships on 1 September 2026. If you subscribe before that date, that is when your first Drop is delivered.
- Your subscription renews automatically — every quarter on the quarterly plan, every month on the monthly plan — until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal, from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep what you have already paid for until that period ends.
- If you cancel and subscribe again later, the founding price lock does not carry over.
c) The free study and the free index view
- The written study and the free view of the ad index cost nothing. There is no payment, no card, and nothing that turns into a charge later. Where we ask for your email, it is so we can send you the thing you asked for.
Payment
- Prices are shown ex VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. The price is confirmed at checkout. A change to a recurring price takes effect only at a renewal and only after we have told you in advance — subject to the founding price lock above.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Acceptable use
You may use adsignal's outputs to inform your own advertising. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the service, misrepresent it as your own product, or use it to break any third party's terms or applicable law.
5. No guarantee of results
Spend and impression figures are modelled estimates, not exact. Rankings are informational. adsignal does not guarantee any advertising, revenue, or business outcome. Decisions you make with the data are your own.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, adsignal is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account anytime. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Governing law: France.
Privacy Policy
What we collect and why. Compliant with the EU GDPR.
The data controller is Adsignal SARL, 72 rue des Jacobins, 80000 Amiens, France. Contact: hello@adsignal.eu.
What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, password (hashed).
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we receive only the last four digits, card brand, and billing country.
- Usage data — the niches you search, features used, and basic device/analytics data to improve the product.
- Order data — if you buy the Ad Playbook or subscribe to Studio, the details you give us on the order page: your work email, company name, company website, and anything you choose to write in the notes box. We use them to build and deliver what you bought.
- Lead-form data — if you request the study or a guide through a LinkedIn lead form or a form on this site, we receive the details you submit: your name and work email, pre-filled by LinkedIn from your own profile. We do not receive your LinkedIn password, connections, or any part of your profile you did not submit.
Why we can use it (lawful basis)
- Contract — to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest — to secure, improve, and support the product.
- Consent — for optional marketing email and non-essential cookies; withdraw anytime.
- Requested content — when you ask us for the study or a guide, we use your email to send it. We may also send a small number of related emails about the same subject; every one has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not stop you receiving the thing you asked for.
Who we share it with
Only processors that run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our hosting/analytics provider, the licensed ad-library data provider, and LinkedIn (only for measuring our own ads, via the Insight Tag described in the Cookie Policy, and only with your consent). We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Email hello@adsignal.eu and we respond within 30 days. We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless the law requires longer. Lead-form details are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, and are deleted immediately on request or when you unsubscribe.
Refund Policy
The same promise we make on the order page.
- The Ad Playbook (€395, one-time): 30 days, full refund, and you keep the document. If the playbook is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full €395. We do not ask you to delete it, return it, or fill in a form, and we do not require a reason. You keep the document.
- adsignal Studio — your first Drop: if your first Drop does not contain a single ad you would actually run, email us and we refund it in full. You keep everything we have already sent you.
- adsignal Studio — after the first Drop: you may cancel at any time before your next renewal, and you will not be billed again. To be plain about it: we do not refund the current quarter (or, on the monthly plan, the current month) once it has started. You keep access and the delivery you have paid for until that period ends, and nothing further is charged.
- How to request: email hello@adsignal.eu from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Nothing here limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer under EU law.
Cookie Policy
What runs in your browser.
- Essential cookies — keep you logged in and the checkout working. Always on; the service can't run without them.
- Analytics cookies — help us see which pages and features are useful. Set only with your consent.
- Advertising measurement — the LinkedIn Insight Tag. When we are running LinkedIn ads, this site loads LinkedIn's Insight Tag so we can see whether an ad we paid for led to a visit or a purchase, and so we can avoid showing ads to people who have already bought. It is set only with your consent. It tells us how many people did something, not who you are. LinkedIn processes this under its own privacy policy.
You can change your choice anytime via the cookie banner or your browser settings. We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not run cross-site advertising cookies beyond the LinkedIn Insight Tag described above.
